Collect Pop Tabs
Small things make a BIG impact! Collecting and donating pop tabs from aluminum cans is an easy way for people of all ages to support the House. The donated tabs are recycled for cash that is used to help support families while they stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Corpus Christi or visit the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Edinburg and Harlingen.
Ask neighbors, relatives, co-workers, youth groups, sports teams, and more to start saving those pull tabs.
How to Donate
Donate in Corpus Christi: Drop off at our Interim House located at 5525 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78408.
Donate in the Rio Grande Valley: E-mail Neydin Costilla at ncostilla@rmhcstx.org to coordinate a drop-off.
Cooking con Amor: Chef-led Meals from the Heart
Cooking con Amor is the next chapter of our traditional and beloved Share-A-Meal program. Led by our professional chef, volunteer groups help prepare and serve fresh, nourishing meals for families staying at Ronald McDonald House South Texas. By sharing the gift of a home-cooked meal, volunteers provide comfort, care, and a reminder that no family faces their child’s medical journey alone. Gather your family, friends, coworkers, or organization and join us in the kitchen to make a meaningful difference, one meal at a time.
Details: Groups can visit our House to cook a meal for our families. Children 10 years and up may participate with adult supervision. Groups usually prepare meals for about 50-60 people.

We routinely work with individuals and groups who host fundraisers to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Texas.
