Reservation Process

To request lodging, please see your social worker or healthcare provider for a referral or call us at (361) 854-4073 for more information.

Please note that, for families wishing to stay at the Ronald McDonald House South Texas, the patient being treated at a local hospital must be younger than 21 and reside more than 20 miles from our interim House.

33 guestrooms with two full beds and a private bath

Daily Meals

Free Family Pantry and Produce
Guests may prepare their own meals in the family kitchen, using their own food and/or items from our pantry
Generous community groups occasionally provide delicious home-cooked meals in our dining room through our professional chef-led Cooking Con Amor (Share-A-Meal) Program

What to Expect

We are located a short drive from major medical facilities in Corpus Christi. Everything we offer is provided free of charge.

Check In

Families may check in at any time from 8 AM–6 PM.

If unable to check in at this time, or if there is a cancellation, please contact the RMHC office at (361) 854-4073.
All adults staying in the room should present a valid photo ID and complete the registration process prior to being shown to their room.
The number of guests cannot exceed room occupancy, which varies/is limited to______.
New families will receive a tour of the House upon check-in.

Check Out

A check-out procedures list will be given to the families upon check-in; here are a few highlights:

We ask that guests check out by 1 PM on their designated departure date so we may prepare the room for another family.
Guests will dispose of their own trash and clean their guestrooms before checking out.
Please strip the beds; all linen should stay in the guestroom for laundering.
Guests are required to come to the front desk when they are ready to check out.
Room keycards should be returned to our Guest Services Desk along with any pantry keys.
