Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas is supported through major events and donations from the community. Highlighted by our two signature events each year, we also work with community partners to develop and support third-party fundraisers.
Hosted each spring, Men Who Cook is a popular event featuring multiple three-man teams preparing a delicious dish to serve hundreds of attending guests. Meanwhile, those same attendees and guest judges are tasting their way to selecting the top three winners in various categories, including best dish, raising the most money, and garnering the largest social media awareness leading up to the event.
With more than 500 in attendance each year, this event offers high visibility to sponsors and puts the FUN in fundraiser.

Join us for House Party, a heartfelt celebration of the Ronald McDonald House and the families we serve. This special event brings together supporters, volunteers, and community members for a lively evening filled with fun activities, delicious food, and inspiring stories from the families we serve. It’s a chance to connect with others who share a passion for supporting those in need and to learn more about the vital role our House plays in providing comfort and care to families during their most challenging time.

Third-party fundraisers are vital to the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Texas as we provide a home-away-from-home and other support for families with critically ill or injured children receiving treatment in Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley.
We welcome and greatly appreciate requests from individuals, organizations, and corporations wanting to serve as hosts for special events or donation drives on behalf of RMHC Corpus Christi.
